About
Odysea began in 2026 in Costa Rica, founded by Andres Antillon, Andres Aguilar, and Luca Leiva.
The studio grew out of a shared frustration with software that looks impressive from the outside but does not fit the way a team really makes decisions. We wanted a company that could pair product taste, engineering depth, and operating judgment from the beginning.
The founding ideal is a studio that stays close enough to its clients to understand what matters, serious enough about craft to build carefully, and small enough for the founders to stay directly involved in the work.
Andres works across product direction, software engineering, and AI-assisted development. He turns early ambiguity into a clear point of view, then into prototypes the team can test and refine with discipline.
Aguilar brings a systems-minded engineering approach to Odysea. He is strongest where product ideas need structure: architecture, implementation details, developer tooling, and the technical discipline that keeps the build grounded.
Luca keeps Odysea close to the practical side of business: what is worth pursuing, what a team can adopt, and how a new system should fit around people. He brings the operating edge that keeps the studio honest about the problems it chooses.
